Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer with expertise in behavioral training, psychology training, competency training, or NLP training.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of at least one psychometric or behavioral theory such as MBTI, Holland, or DISC.
This role will focus on training corporate professionals like HR teams, career counsellors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on behavioral and competency-based development.
- Conduct workshops and training programs for corporate professionals, including HR teams and career counsellors.
- Develop training materials, case studies, and real-world applications for career counselling and corporate training.
- Utilize psychometric tools like MBTI, Holland, DISC, or other behavioral theories in training methodologies.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and continuously refine content for better engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with company goals and industry trends.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in corporate training, preferably in behavioral, competency-based, or psychology training.
- Hands-on experience in one or more psychometric theories (MBTI, Holland, DISC, etc.).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and train corporate professionals effectively.
- Preferred: Certification in behavioral or psychometric assessments.
