As the company undergoes this transformation and continues its impressive growth journey, it is seeking to hire a Senior Manager - Ad Tech to lead Business development/Partnerships for Pinelabs overall payments product portfolios.
The candidate must bring significant ambition, drive, and an entrepreneurial bent of mind to the organization that enables business growth.
They should be comfortable operating in a high-growth, multi-cultural organization with a rapidly expanding geographical footprint.
The candidate should be dynamic, motivated, and entrepreneurial to build Enterprise/Corporate market expansion in the city.
Location for the position - Bangalore KEY RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Director/ Senior EVP KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, implement, and optimize Ad Tech solutions including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs, and ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, Adobe Experience Platform).
Develop and execute data monetization strategies leveraging audience segmentation, lookalike modeling, and programmatic advertising.
Manage partnerships with ad networks, exchanges, and data marketplaces.
Collaborate with Data, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure data is collected, enriched, and activated effectively for advertising and revenue purposes.
Oversee yield optimization for programmatic and direct-sold campaigns.
Conduct market research to stay current with Ad Tech trends, regulatory changes (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and competitive benchmarks.
Define and monitor key KPIs including fill rate, CPM, e CPM, CTR, data revenue, and ROI.
Evaluate and onboard new platforms or partners to increase data monetization potential.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal data governance policies.
We are looking for someone with: 5+ years of experience in Ad Tech, digital advertising, or data monetization.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems, real-time bidding, and data privacy laws.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, Segment, Snowflake, or Live Ramp.
Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
Preferred Industries: Fintech/Payments, Start Ups, Ecomm Strong Academic Pedigree MBA/ PGDM / Graduate Engineer from Tier 1 universities for Management Trainee Profiles.
While Engineering is not a must but would get preference.
