Address any client clarifications related to the same.Work closely with the Operations team to process client requests such as subscriptions and redemptions accurately and within stipulated timelines.Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.Liaise with administrators and distributor/referral agents to facilitate smooth onboarding.Track and manage client fund transfer requests, coordinating with PCM and Custodian as required.Gather prompt and accurate client feedback, ensuring all valid concerns are addressed immediately.Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams for quick resolution.Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholdersProblem-solving and client management skills
