Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP Ariba Sourcing Consultant to join our digital procurement transformation team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge of the end-to-end sourcing process involving Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) in S/4 HANA, Ariba Sourcing, and downstream integration into Purchase Orders (PO) and Contracts in S/4 HANA.

The consultant will support solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of Ariba Sourcing in conjunction with S/4 HANA procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions integrated with S/4 HANA.

Facilitate the integration of PR and RFQ processes in S/4 HANA with Ariba Sourcing for seamless sourcing lifecycle execution.

Support the mapping and flow of sourcing events from Ariba back into S/4 HANA PO and Contract Management.

Collaborate with procurement and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and design scalable sourcing solutions.

Conduct system configuration, solution testing, and resolve integration or process issues.

Provide guidance on best practices for sourcing events, including RFI, RFP, auctions, and award scenarios.

Enable workflow and approval processes in Ariba and ensure proper mapping with S/4 HANA.

Document functional specifications, process flows, and integration mappings.

Conduct training sessions and provide post-go-live support to end users and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing.

Proven expertise in S/4 HANA PR and RFQ processes, and integration with Ariba Sourcing.

Deep understanding of end-to-end source-to-contract (S2 C) processes.

Strong knowledge of Purchase Order and Contract management in S/4 HANA.

Experience with SAP Ariba Integration (CIG or middleware) is preferred.

Ability to design and configure Ariba templates, approval flows, and sourcing rules.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: SAP Ariba certification in Sourcing or Procurement.

Experience in Ariba Sourcing event management and reporting.

Familiarity with Ariba Contract Workspace and clause library (optional but valuable).

Experience working in Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

Background in industries such as manufacturing, pharma, or retail is a plus.
