Currently looking for Contract Management Expert for advising Government of Tamil Nadu for PPP Projects.

Website: https://www.infraen.com/ Contract Management Expert (PPP Projects) - Chennai Required Qualifications and Experience: Post Graduate in Engineering/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Business Management or MBA from accredited institutions.

More than 10 years of experience in Contract Development or Contract Management for PPP Projects.

Experience in recommending FSI/FAR, tools like TDR, etc drafting /vetting of bid documents, including EOI/RFQ/RFP and other contractual documents encompassing the draft Concession Agreements (DCA) for infrastructure projects proposed for implementation through PPP mode.

Handling the bid process management on behalf of Government agencies until the signing of the Concession Agreement (s).

Experience in Tamil Nadu region is preferred.

Ability to contribute as an Individual is expected.

Strong analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills and a Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Ability to work collaboratively with clients & colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
