Job Title: Guidewire Policy Center / Billing Center Technical Lead Locations: Hyderabad | Chennai | Bangalore | Pune | Jaipur | Gurugram | Bhopal Company: Xebia ‍ Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week from office) Relocation: Willingness to move to Sweden after 6 months (Client On-site) Join: Immediate joiners or candidates with ≤ 15 days' notice Job Description We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Policy Center / Billing Center Technical Lead to join our elite engineering team at Xebia .
This is a hybrid leadership and technical role, where you'll shape the delivery, architecture, and scalability of Guidewire platforms while preparing for a relocation to Sweden after the initial 6 months.
Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers working on Policy Center (PC) and Billing Center (BC).
Define and guide solution architecture in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Hands-on in Guidewire development, integration, configuration , and customization .
Oversee CI/CD pipelines , Dev Ops practices, and deployment frameworks.
Balance configuration vs customization to drive scalable solutions.
Engage in agile delivery with distributed teams.
Your Profile 5+ years of hands-on experience in Policy Center and Billing Center .
3+ years of GOSU development with Web Services, Messaging, and Integration frameworks.
Experience in leading Guidewire implementations or upgrades .
Deep understanding of ACE (Advanced Configuration Engineering).
Experience with Dev Ops & CI/CD in Guidewire environments.
Proven technical leadership in agile delivery teams.
Strong command of English (B2–C1 proficiency).
Willingness to relocate to Sweden after 6 months.
Nice to Have Guidewire certifications (PC / BC).
Experience with Claim Center .
Knowledge of data migration & archival strategies .
Hands-on Java development experience.
