Job Description: As a Digital Marketing / Manager at our early stage Startup called as THE CREATIVITY CHANNEL , you will be at the forefront of our exciting journey into the world of podcasting.
Your role is in managing the end-to-end process of podcast production, from coordinating with guests to scheduling shoots.
We are looking for a versatile individual who can seamlessly handle digital marketing ( Branding, Strategy and Execution) and has experience across various fields.
, you will play a key role in shaping our Marketing / Branding initiatives.
Responsibilities: Manage the entire podcast production process, including coordinating with guests, scheduling shoots, and overseeing post-production. Utilize your expertise in digital marketing to promote our podcast and maximize its reach across various platforms. Provide regular updates and reports on performance metrics and other tasks allotted.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field. Experience in podcast production and management, with a strong understanding of the digital media. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with guests. Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and tactics. Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with podcasting platforms and tools is a plus.
