Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Instructor to lead our offline classroom~based programs.

The ideal candidate will deliver hands-on, tool-based sessions, mentor students through real-world projects, and prepare them for successful placements in analytics and data science roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured classroom training (theory + hands-on labs) in Data Analysis and Data Science topics.
  • Develop lesson plans, case studies, and exercises aligned with industry needs.
  • Mentor and support students in projects, assignments, and certification exams.
  • Assess student progress, provide feedback, and guide career readiness.
  • Collaborate with the TechElevate team to continuously improve curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong proficiency in:

  • Data Analysis Tools: Excel, SQL, Python (basics), Tableau, Power BI
  • Data Science & ML Tools: Python (advanced), Statistics, Machine Learning, SQL/NoSQL, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Visualization
  • Prior teaching/training/mentorship experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and guide students of diverse backgrounds.
  • Real-world project/industry experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

Professional certifications in Data Science, Analytics, or Cloud will be an advantage.

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant industry or academic experience.
