Who We're Looking For:

We're building a team that's as bold as our ambitions, and we need an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist who doesn't just "do HR," but lives and breathes people ops.

Think of yourself as the glue that keeps our startup together – managing payroll, making sure we're compliant with the boring-but-important HR rules, hiring the best people for our US Staffing team, and creating an office vibe that makes people actually want to come in.

What You'll Be Doing:

Hunt, attract, and hire top talent (especially for our staffing team)

Own payroll like a pro – make sure salaries go out on time, every time

Be our walking HR handbook – know the rules, regulations, and policies inside out

Drive a fun, positive, and engaging office culture (yes, you're the vibe manager too)

Handle employee relations, onboarding, and all the not-so-glam admin work that keeps us compliant

Be the go-to person for all things HR – from grievances to high-fives

What Makes You a Fit:

You've got HR knowledge + recruitment chops (especially in staffing hiring – bonus points if you've done it before)

You're comfortable in a startup environment (read: chaos, excitement, and no two days the same)

You're a mix of people person + process person – friendly face + sharp brain

You know your way around labour laws, HR policies, payroll, and compliance

You're creative enough to throw together a fun office event, but structured enough to run payroll without a hiccup
