Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead in Chittoor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the existing 6 reactors and overseeing the expansion project to include 4 more reactors. This is a critical role that requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills, and operational acumen.
Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the plant by streamlining processes, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Establish and enforce ISO 9001 quality management systems to ensure consistency and quality in all operations.
Lead the expansion project, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Oversee budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, regulatory bodies, and local authorities, to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
