Job Summary:The Assistant HR Manager will support the HR Manager in overseeing various human resources functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. This role involves assisting with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws, and contributing to the creation of a positive workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & OnboardingCoordinate onboarding processes to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company culture.Manage and maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Sharing out offers letters, Appointment letters for new onboards2. Employee RelationsServe as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries (Leave, policies and concerns.Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and compliant practices.3. Payroll Management:Monitor HR Payroll and administer Compensation and BenefitsPrepare all necessary reports (monthly & yearly) to support both internal and external requirement including overseas requirementResponsible for accurate timely, quality inputs of the payroll data to finance department for the successful delivery of Monthly PayrollPerformance bonus, New joiners, Professional Changes, Deductions and such other components in monthly payrollEffective co-ordination with HR and Finance team for Payroll accounting4. Performance ManagementSupport the performance appraisal process by coordinating evaluation schedules, forms, and communications.Provide guidance to supervisors on performance-related issues.Collaborate with the HR Manager to design and implement performance improvement plans.Experience in salary negotiation5. Policy and ComplianceAssist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with legal requirements and company goals.Stay updated on labour laws and ensure company compliance.Strong Knowledge on Statutory compliances6. HR Administration & ReportingAssist with HR documentation, including contracts and notices.Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.7. Exit Formalities:Initiating Exit formalities and responsible in gathering the assets.Prepare/review input of Full & Final Settlement of resigned/terminated employeesIssuing of Relieving letter and Experience letters

Qualifications:MBA (HR)8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.In-depth knowledge of Human Resources Practices and Procedures in all areas of the Human Resources FunctionPreferred Skills:Experience in HRBP, Hr Operations HR practices.Knowledge of HRMS portals will be an added advantage.
