Monitoring portfolio health and regular analysis the key metrics; new business, delinquency, bounce rate etc, along with the presentation of insight for decision makers. Led preparation of Board Decks in collaboration with various stakeholder’s Review of the policies parameter to ensure that they are adequate to mitigate risk.
