We are looking for enthusiastic Learning and Development Trainers to help train restaurant staff at our partner locations. If you have experience in restaurants, especially in food delivery services like Swiggy or Zomato, and a passion for teaching others, this role is for you

Responsibilities

As a trainer, you will travel to different restaurant locations and train the staff on important things like how to follow our brand's guidelines (SOPs), food packaging processes, how to use technology tools like POS systems, and food safety. You’ll help our partners provide the best service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to restaurant locations to train staff on how to follow our brand’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Teach restaurant teams how to properly package food for delivery.
  • Provide training on using tech tools like POS (Point of Sale) systems for orders and payments.
  • Ensure restaurant staff understands food safety practices.
  • Help improve restaurant operations and customer service by providing easy-to-follow training.

Qualifications

Fresh culinary graduates or individuals with experience working in restaurants (Commie 1 level or higher). Experience working with food delivery platforms like Swiggy or Zomato . Basic understanding of how a restaurant kitchen works. Strong communication skills, must be fluent in hindi and regional language.
