You must have experience building high-quality, complex, yet maintainable LLM apps and agents, and you should be able to do so in a fraction of the time that most competent people think is possible (in part because of your ability to wield the latest in code generation and intuition for prompt engineering). You must have a strong ability to collaborate with customers directly to build solutions tailored to their business needs.As a Lead AI Engineer, you will:Architect and build the core AI platform that powers finance and accounting solutionsDesign, develop, and productionize large‑scale LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agentsDefine and enforce best practices for prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and evaluationMentor and grow a team of AI engineers, guiding technical design reviews and code qualityPartner closely with Product, Data, and Customer teams to translate finance use cases into robust, scalable solutionsMust-Have Skills8+ years of experience building backend services in Python, Node.js, or similarDeep experience and intuition with LLMsCutting-edge knowledge of code generation and prompting techniquesExperience building agents and tooling for agentsExpertise in API design (REST, Graph QL) and relational databasesStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsGood to haveTop-tier institutes preferred (IIT's, NIT's etc.)Experience building fintech softwareExperience working in a large enterprise / big techOur Tech Stack: Next JS | Python | Lang Graph | AWS | Neo4j | Postgre SQL | Mongo DB
