The ideal candidate is a smart-working team player who will play a critical role in retaining clients and managing a team of graphic designers, social media executives, and content writers. Agency Experience:1-2 yearsLocation: MumbaiJob ResponsibilitiesShould be a team player who can manage an in-house team of talented individuals to get the best out of them.Work closely with the internal team, clients, and agency partners on the social media content and execution front.Manage all client social media accounts.A strategic and creative thinker who can come up with creative ideasStaying updated with digital trends and industry news.Managing a good agency-client relationship.Conduct performance meetings with clients once every fortnight to track the progress and discuss the way forward.Responsible for drafting strategies for the steady growth of client's social media accounts in terms of reach, engagement, and community size.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar roleExcellent knowledge of all top social media channelsShould have a sound knowledge of paid ad campaigns (Social and AdWords)Should have worked on brands across industriesGreat leadership skills and a team playerCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsGreat interpersonal, presentation, and communication skillsEducation background in Marketing, BMM, or similarInterested candidates, please drop your resume on this id opportunityApply only if you can join immediatelyWorking days Monday to Friday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm) from Mumbai office
