Team Leader – Engineering ManagerJob Summary:As a civil/structural (responsible) engineer, main objective is to oversee and manage projects to completion. This involves conducting studies, creating design plans, obtaining permits and approvals, estimating costs. Your expertise and attention to detail are crucial to ensure that projects are completed within budget, meet quality standards, and comply with relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:Design rotating equipment foundations, concrete structures and equipment foundations etc. (Structural)Design grading, all kinds of drainage, roads and fence & gate etc. (Civil)Ensures all engineering works comply with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and code of practicePrepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic dataChecks the current site condition and incorporates in the designSupports the permitting workProvides engineering information by answering questionsKnowledge:Ability to work well on multi-disciplinary teamsProblem-solving skillsProficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc. (Civil)Sound mathematical, scientific and IT skillsDrafting, LISPExcellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,
