Experience3 to 6 years of applicable professional experience, demonstrated by working with local designers/architectsExperience in Interior Decoration, Sales and Business Development preferred

QualificationBachelors in Architecture / Bachelors in Interior Design OR Any Graduate

Knowledge & Skills RequiredStrong Marketing and business development skillsInterior designing skillsProduct Knowledge (furniture specifically)

ExternalArchitecture and Interior Design Associations/Networks

ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the store team to achieve IDS & store TargetsConvert leads generated by IDS into sales by proactive interaction with customers for need assessment (design preferences); Emphasize on add on sales & increase in average bill valueTo handle customer queries related to product, product availability, pricing information, sizing, material etc.To proactively assist the customer in mixing and matching based on their design preferencesTo follow up for the customer orders & accordingly coordinate till the merchandise is delivered to the customerTo oversee IDS sales across nearby stores and manage customers specific to IDS for these storesTo forward leads to IDS Project Managers for customers with interior designing & space planning requirementsProvide inputs on VM for the store and ensure adherence to VM guidelines defined at corporateTo have basic understanding of footfalls, conversations, Stock rotation, inventoryTo groom as per Fabindia standards and adhere to the code of conductTo generate lead from Market
