About Your Role: Senior Systems Engineer This role provides systems engineering support of the Synthetic Training Environment for the through life support phase of the Helicopter Aircrew Training System Project. You will be accountable for delivering quality engineering solutions to the project and customer needs. This pivotal role will be a member of the project leadership team with an expectation of contribution to the strategic objectives for the project. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of engineering services delivery for the project Manage and execute Engineering Change Proposals Understand customer needs and perform requirements analysis and elicitation Develop and maintain engineering baseline documentation Conduct and document technical investigations Track engineering KPI and system health indicators Oversee and manage a through life obsolescence program for the Synthetic Training Environment and ICT systems Role is hybrid and can be based at either the Nowra site or Rydalmere.
