Role : Mainframe Developer/Business Process Analyst

We are Having Openings Mainframe Developer / Business Process Analyst for one of our MNC Client in Bangalore Location.

Experience : 6+Years.

Location : Bangalore.

Work Mode : Work from Office.

Shift Timing : 12 pm to 11 pm ( IST ).

Interview Mode : F2F ( Face to Face Interview In Bangalore location ).

Skills : Mainframe , SLA, Health care domain experience , Payer / Payor, cobol.

Mainframe Development :


- Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL programming language and associated technologies.


Business Process Analysis :


- Analyze business processes within the healthcare domain, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.


SLA Management :


- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with agreed-upon performance metrics.


- Take proactive measures to address any deviations and optimize processes accordingly.


Healthcare Domain Expertise :


- Utilize deep understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making and solution design.


Payer / Payor Systems :


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain payer/payor systems, including claims processing, eligibility verification, and reimbursement Gathering :


- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for development and implementation.


System Integration :


- Integrate mainframe applications with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.


Testing and Quality Assurance :


- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of mainframe applications.


- Conduct thorough testing of business processes to validate functionality and identify potential issues.


Documentation and Training :


- Document technical designs, system configurations, and business processes.


- Provide training and support to end users as needed.


Requirements :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


- Proven experience (6 - 10 years) in mainframe development and business process analysis.


- Proficiency in COBOL programming language and mainframe technologies (JCL, VSAM, CICS, DB2).


- Strong understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and experience in SLA management.


- Experience working in the healthcare domain, preferably in payer/payor systems.


- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.).


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.


- Certification in COBOL or relevant technologies is desirable.
