Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Engineer Location: Pune, India Experience: 5+ Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced CRM Consultant with hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ (or similar CRM platforms such as MS Dynamics or ServiceNow CRM). The ideal candidate will lead CRM and CPQ solution design, configuration, and implementation, ensuring seamless business process automation and optimized sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage Product Catalog, SKUs, Bundling, and Product Relationships within the CPQ framework. Develop and maintain Pricing, Price Lists, and CPQ Business Rules to support complex pricing models. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate CRM requirements into functional solutions. Create detailed User Stories, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and other project documentation. Conduct data analysis to identify customer trends and provide actionable insights for CRM strategy improvements. Deliver training and user support to ensure effective CRM adoption across departments. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a CRM Consultant (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or ServiceNow CRM preferred). 2+ years of hands-on CPQ project experience (Salesforce CPQ preferred). Strong understanding of CRM architecture, configuration, and integration best practices. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
