Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Incharge of the Quality Department, located in Varanasi. The role involves overseeing the quality management systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting audits, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The Quality Department Incharge will work closely with medical staff to maintain high standards of patient care and manage documentation related to quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

  • Quality management, compliance, and audit skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in maternal health, is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
