Job Title: Business Development Executive – Salary + Incentives
Location: (Bhankrota, (near govt. dispensary Sirsi Road, Jaipur)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description: Looking for energetic candidates to make outbound/inbound calls, help clients, and promote services.
Hum ek motivated aur customer-focused Business Development Executive dhundh rahe hain. Aapka kaam hoga clients ko calls karna, unke calls receive karna aur unhe best service dena. Aap hamari company ka face honge, isliye professional aur positive attitude zaroori hai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls karke products/services promote karna ya appointments schedule karna.
- Inbound calls handle karke customer ke questions aur complaints solve karna.
- CRM system me records update rakhna.
- Clients ki needs samajhkar unhe right solution dena.
- Product information dena aur clients ko booking/purchase process guide karna.
- Leads pe follow-up aur customer satisfaction ensure karna.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Call center ya customer service experience ho toh plus.
- Good English speaking skills (extra languages bonus).
- Positive aur customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer aur CRM knowledge.
Skills:
- Communication: Communication aur convincing power.
- Sales Orientation: Sales orientation & objection handling.
- Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills.
- Time Management: Time management.
