Role: Capability Manager, PBM Capabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage the execution of the capability roadmap including defining features and requirements, ensuring alignment to product strategy and business objectivesWork with a cross-functional scrum team in prioritization, planning, design, development, and release of features and functionalityCreate and manage all story and feature writing and prioritization for the scrum team.Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Client Management, Finance, Marketing and Technology to ensure client digital experience capabilities are developed and prioritizedChampion a client-centric approach while using data-driven insights, client feedback, competitive analysis and market demands to inform decisions and delivery prioritizationIdentify, track and, manage dependencies, issues and, risks to resolutionServe as Agile Product Owner/Manager; support Product Owners and Business Analysts (support of refining User Stories, planning and executing user acceptance testing, and providing support for deployment)Work closely with Sales / Client Management, Proposals, Underwriting, and Implementation teams to align roadmaps and dependenciesCreate a team-oriented work climate that enables professional development and encourages creative solutions and strategies, establishes collaboration, and emphasizes quality and costEnsure quality assurance and adequate testing methods are implemented for all capability workEffectively maintain and build relationships across business and technology groups

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in product/capability management, business or systems analysis, and/or business architecture involving technology; inclusive of developing strategy and roadmap(s)5+ years of experience developing, designing or implementing digital portals5+ years leading initiatives in a cross functional environment5+ years working in an Agile methodology, leading and executing against a capability roadmap3+ years of experience using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies, and associated tools (AHA, Jira, Confluence)3+ years of experience using quantitative and qualitative data to assess priorities and influence roadmapsExperience performing Gap analysis, documenting user experience requirements and user journey mapping.Experience communicating & presenting to senior leadershipExperience managing roadmaps in AhaExperience supporting sales lifecycle, RFP

Qualifications

Years of post-high school education in a discipline related to Business Management or Marketing can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience
