ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Support configuration and development for the implementation and operations of Global CPQ

Solid Quote-to-Cash process knowledge and technical acumen with Oracle CPQ

Experience complex product lines, approvals, constraints/recommendation/hiding rules

Key applications managed includes: Salesforce.com SalesCloud, CPQ, SAP, and other integrated applications (desired)

Works closely with business teams users and evaluates the issues and resolving while understanding design decisions on the application, configurations, and technical environment of applications.

Consistently assumes a technical support role in CPQ solutions and works closely with end-user support teams.

Partner with the Global business leads and consultants on implementation of CPQ rollouts and ongoing operations.

Maintain solution documents for current and future enhancements.

Works with vendors, other internal developers to support and develop applications.

Troubleshoots process, data and system issues by using a combination of system expertise, company knowledge, and detailed research/investigation.

Manages and assists in support of interfaces in and out of CRM/CPQ application with ERP (SAP preferred) or other systems.

Assist in development of requirements from the business regarding new system needs and existing system changes/ enhancements.

Work with other development and system analysts and architects in identifying solutions.

Leverages Agile project management methodologies to deliver solutions.

CPQ development within estimated time and in accordance with acceptable quality measurements.

Supports analysis, sizing, design, coding, configuration, unit testing, and documentation.

Evaluates the impact of design decisions on the code, data, integrations, and technical environment of applications.

Performs CPQ system administration and configuration tasks as needed.

Uses tools for implementations on data conversion, development, execution, and testing.

Assist in automation of manual processes to maximize scalability and efficiency.

Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

4+ years IT Services experience including in Oracle CPQ

1+ years working with Salesforce.com and related applications (Salesforce Administrator Certified preferred).

Experience/knowledge of CPQ Configuration, design experience & understanding of the core CPQ architecture.

Experience in HTML/XHTML, XML, BML (BigMachines Language) Java, Javascript, AJAX, SOAP-based web services is preferred.

Provide guidance and best practices around CPQ solutions including product configuration, administration of price book, proposal development, and related elements.

Experience in a global organization (preferred).

Experience with Agile methodology (Experience with Jira preferred).

Knowledge of best practices around development and testing solutions and methodologies.

Architecting experience on overall CRM/CPQ products.

Good communication skills, written and oral.
