Role Overview
We are looking for a senior psychologist who will be responsible for leading, curating and delivering the best-in-class patient experience when it comes to mental and emotional wellbeing piece of the holistic wellness puzzle.
Here's what you will have for you in this role
Conduct Interactive Webinars and Activity Classes: Lead engaging webinars and live sessions to educate and empower women on managing their emotional well-being during PCOS, pregnancy, postpartum and fertility journeys.
Take up 1-on-1 Sessions: Provide compassionate and confidential counselling to women, offering guidance, emotional support, and coping strategies tailored to their individual needs and challenges.
Take up Patient Queries on Chat: We have very active chat wherein, we promote patients asking as many questions as they can.
Content Development: Develop therapeutic resources such as guided meditations, stress management activities, and self-help materials, to supplement the mental wellbeing counselling sessions and patient query answering.
Process Development: Set up and refine processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of 1-on-1 mental health counselling sessions, maintaining high standards of care and patient satisfaction.
Team Training: Train the dietician team and the fitness team on how to handle common mental wellness related FAQs.
You're perfect if you have the following:
Education: You are qualified to independently practice therapy (Masters or M.Phil is a must).
Experience: At least 5 year of total experience at practitioner. Experience of counselling pregnant and postpartum women as well as women with PCOS and fertility-related issues is desirable. Experience of taking couple counselling is a plus.
Counselling Expertise: Strong counselling skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to guide individuals towards positive behavioural change and emotional well-being.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information, provide guidance, and deliver engaging webinars and live sessions.
Knowledge of Women's Health: Sound understanding of women's health related topics, particularly PCOS, pregnancy, postpartum and fertility-related concerns, and the psychological impact they can have.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including gynaecologists, dieticians, and yoga instructors, to ensure holistic and integrated care.
Bonus Points
Personal Experience: Experience with childbirth is a plus, as we cater to a large number of prenatal and postnatal women
