Manual Tester

We are seeking a Manual Tester Fresher to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about software testing and looking to build a career in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning & Execution: Execute manual test cases based on project requirements. Identify and report defects or issues in the software.

Test Case Design: Work with the testing team to create and maintain test cases, ensuring coverage of all functional requirements.

Bug Reporting & Tracking: Log defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test results and generate reports to communicate testing progress.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand the project requirements and provide feedback.

Skills :

• Graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), especially the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Familiarity with various testing types, such as Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools(e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
