About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs at Intuit. This role requires a strong blend of program management expertise, technical acumen, and leadership skills to deliver impactful outcomes across product, engineering, and business teams.

You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of programs, from planning and execution to stakeholder communication and risk management. The ideal candidate has prior experience in product-based companies and can seamlessly bridge between technical discussions with engineering teams and strategic alignment with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive large, cross-functional technical programs with multiple dependencies.
  • Define program roadmaps, timelines, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business and engineering priorities.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Facilitate technical discussions, identify risks early, and drive proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across leadership teams with clear, consistent communication.
  • Implement and improve program management practices (Agile, Scrum, SAFe) for efficiency and scalability.
  • Track and report on program health, risks, and progress to senior executives.
  • Mentor and guide junior program managers and influence without direct authority.

Required Qualifications

  • 12–20+ years of experience in Program Management, with at least 5+ years in technical program management roles in product-based or SaaS companies.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure), SaaS platforms, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, global programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Expertise in program planning, scheduling, risk management, and dependency resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to VP/C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, including influencing without authority and building trust across teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, accounting software, or SaaS environments.
  • Prior exposure to platform migrations, enterprise-scale transformations, or large global rollouts.

Pay: ₹3,000, ₹4,000,000.00 per year
