Plant Head

Plant Finance Head - well known conglomerate group.

Location: Gummidipoondi, Tamil Nadu.

Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant)

An ideal candidate will have experience of 8+ years in Manufacturing Plant Finance role. Must have knowledge of Accounting systems, Accounting Standards, MAP circulars and SOPs. Expert Knowledge / experience of working in SAP/ERP environment. Experiences in any products/consumer durable industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Overall Plant Finance Accounting- Project / Capex Budget monitoring- Capex accounting as per relevant accounting standards- Multi-Product costing review and variance analysis in ERP environment- Production BOM review with CFT team and Cost impact analysis- Overhead Cost review and analysis- Budgeting, MIS reporting,- Make vs Buy analysis- Vendor negotiation along with CFT for Sourcing including associated controls- Accounts Payable, Cashflow monitoring, GST & periodic Vendor reco- Financial reporting, monthly closing, GL scrutiny and ageing analysis.- Review and monitoring of SOPs, Continuous Process Improvements including Digitization- Review of statutory and labour compliance at Manufacturing plants- Internal audit & Statutory audit coordination (preferably dealt with Big 5 auditors)- Operating knowledge in ERP (SAP is Preferred), MS Excel, MS Power point.

- Chartered Accountant (CA)- 8+ years of experience in leading plant finance & accounts function
