Work Location: Pune / Bangalore / Chennai



Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Trainer with a strong background in the Temenos T24 Core Banking System. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, with comprehensive knowledge of T24 Release 19 or higher. This role requires expertise in various T24 modules and a proven track record in training and mentoring T24 resources in complex functional issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on the Temenos T24 Core Banking System, focusing on AA, TPH, Securities, and Trade Finance modules.
  • Provide training and mentoring to T24 resources, addressing complex functional issues.
  • Develop and deliver training content for functional modules, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
  • Conduct training sessions for banking clients and internal teams, adapting the content to meet the specific needs of each audience.
  • Guide and assist in the development of training materials and content for various functional modules, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training requirements and tailor sessions accordingly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of T24 releases and features, incorporating new functionalities into training programs.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, effectively conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.


Core Competencies:

  • Extensive experience with the Temenos T24 Core Banking System, Release 19 or higher.
  • Proficiency in AA (Arrangement Architecture), TPH (Temenos Payment Hub), Securities, and Trade Finance modules.
  • Comprehensive understanding of workflows in one or more of the following T24 modules: Retail, Core, Lending, Payments, Corporate, Treasury.
  • Proven experience in training and mentoring T24 resources on complex functional issues.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training content for functional modules.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • TLC (Temenos Learning Community) Certifications.
  • Experience conducting training sessions for banks and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
