We cater to a wide range of clients across the US, providing expert solutions in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation. Our team is proficient in using industry-standard software such as QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) to deliver accurate and timely financial support to our clients.Responsibilities:- Monthly Accounting and bookkeeping for each client.- Reconcile Bank and credit card accounts.- Finalize monthly PL and BS and deliver to the client.- Assist with preparing financial statements and reports.- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.- Help manage accounts payable and receivable.- Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare tax filings.- Software: QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Excel, GmailQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (B.com/M.com/Part CA)- Strong understanding of accounting principles.- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
