Role andResponsibilities: We arecurrently seeking a dynamic and resultoriented individual for theposition of Plant Head Forging Unit. The successful candidate willbe responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the forgingunit ensuring the timely delivery of highquality products anddriving business growth. Key responsibilitiesinclude:

• Effectivelymanaging the orders booked and ensuring smooth execution in aplanned manner meeting quality standards and deliverycommitments.
• Taking complete ownership ofplanning execution and ramping up production within a specifiedtimeframe.
• Committing to the growth anddiscipline of the organization.
• Coordinatingwith the marketing and planning teams to ensure timely delivery oforders.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicableregulations and obtaining necessaryapprovals.
• Implementing and maintaining systemsand conducting regular audits.
• Implementing IMS(ISOand 45001) standards.
• Building strongrelationships with both existing and new customers to expand thebusiness.
• Providing regular progress reports tothe CEO MD or Director.
• Handling the executionof a new bay including welding spools and two halffittings.
• Having a minimum of 3 years ofexperience in manufacturing and fabrication of cold and hot formingof pipe and pipefittings.

CandidateQualifications: To beconsidered for this position candidates must meet the followingqualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Engineering or a relatedfield.
• Proven experience working in a similarrole preferably in a manufacturingindustry.
• Strong knowledge of forging processesand quality standards.
• Excellent leadership andcommunication skills.
• Ability to work underpressure and meet tightdeadlines.
