As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Manning Operations Superintendent to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: The Manning Operations Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the manning operations across our offices. This role requires a deep understanding of maritime regulations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our fleet is staffed with qualified and competent personnel, adhering to all regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and deployment of seafarers.
Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.
Maintain effective communication with crew members, clients, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor and evaluate crew performance, addressing any issues promptly.
Develop and implement strategies for crew retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Class 1 License (Deck or Engine)
In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, cloud and manning software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Multi-tasking
