This includes defining project scope, managing resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the complete lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure.- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation frameworks.- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and manage deliverables.- Identify risks and issues proactively, and develop effective mitigation plans.- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance norms, and customer expectations.- Prepare periodic project reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership review.- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.- Manage change requests to maintain alignment with project objectives and scope.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.- 4–8 years of proven experience in project management or a similar role.- Strong track record of managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.- Good technical understanding of web development and data engineering technologies.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, etc.).- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
