Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Role Description: Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to ensure product quality. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing across multiple platforms. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies. Ensure timely identification, documentation, and resolution of bugs and issues. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting new tools, processes, and approaches for quality assurance. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure quality is baked into every step of the development lifecycle. Build and maintain test automation frameworks for scalable and efficient testing. Qualifications: 2–4 years of QA/testing experience with strong expertise in manual and automated testing. Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, Test NG, or similar. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience testing APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications. Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. Familiarity with mobile application testing is a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT-related field of study. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
