Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Specialist located in Gurugram. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for BIM coordination, preparing and managing BIM models, working closely with design engineers and project managers, and ensuring the integration of architectural, structural, and MEP components. Day-to-day tasks include model review, design development, and quantity extraction using BIM tools as well as handling submittals and providing BIM training and implementation assistance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
  • Experience in Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
  • Skilled in preparing and managing BIM models and submittals
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Relevant certifications and experience in the construction industry are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
