ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce CPQ solutions based on business requirements and best practices.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to gather and analyze requirements.

· Design and document end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions, including data models, workflows, pricing rules, and integrations.

· Define and implement Salesforce CPQ configurations, including product catalog setup, pricing strategies, and quoting processes.

· Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams during the implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions.

· Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

· Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Salesforce CPQ solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.

· Stay current on Salesforce CPQ features, updates, and industry trends, and recommend best practices and solutions to optimize business processes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Salesforce CPQ Architect certification(s) preferred.

· 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce architect, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ.

· Extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions for complex business requirements.

· In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product rules, pricing methods, and quoting processes.

· Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
