Job Description:

Role : Cloud Messaging Architect

Job type : Contract – 6 Months initially

Location : India (Remote work)

Shift Timings: Sunday to Thursday (11 AM to 7 PM IST)

Key Skills


Office 365 (Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, Groups, Teams, and Yammer)

Responsibilities

  • Experience with the SMTP protocol and mail routing, secure mail flow practices, integration with enterprise business applications like SAP and CUCM and other cloud applications
  • Working knowledge of Azure AD Connect, ADFS integration with Office 365 and troubleshooting scenarios arriving involving combination of these
  • Expert knowledge to extract various views of Office 365 licenses and suggest /act on recommendations to enhance license utilization
  • Hybrid & highly available Exchange Server 2019 management
  • Proficient in mailbox auditing
  • Capable of troubleshooting day to day requests support incidents, or helpdesk escalations related to Messaging, Fax, Messaging Security, or similar Unified Communication workloads
  • Expert knowledge on Message Records Management, Archiving, Litigation Hold, Inactive Mailboxes, eDiscovery, and mass Content Search and Purge
  • Proficient in handling messaging queries related to Office 365 Labels and DLP in Office 365 Security & Compliance Center
  • Proficient in analyzing email message headers and coming up with RCA of NDRs, failures, and undeliverable in a timely manner.
  • Expert knowledge to automate recurring requests, project tasks and activities via Azure AD PowerShell / Office 365 Exchange Online PowerShell / Exchange PowerShell
  • Calendars and Contacts Management & Delegation via PowerShell
  • Expert knowledge in RBAC and Delegation of Control, PIM and PAM in Azure AD & Office 365
  • Expert knowledge in cross forest GAL Sync
  • Skype for Business Online, Groups, Teams, and Yammer day to day support request handling, expert knowledge, and strategy to drive adoption of these workloads
  • Be able to generate detailed PR documents capturing existing technical challenges and requirements to overcome them.


Mimecast Secure Email Gateway & Advanced Targeted Threat Protection

  • Expert knowledge of RBAC and delegation of control / roles setup in Mimecast
  • Analyzing and reporting on audit logs in Mimecast
  • Be able to perform archive search, analyzing logs, exporting archived search results, and work with smart tags in Mimecast
  • Experienced in handling and troubleshooting Mimecast integration with Azure AD, internal directories, profile and directory groups in Mimecast
  • Proficient in creating custom policies as need arises for random complex scenarios in Mimecast
  • Able to analyze Mimecast message tracking, held, accepted, rejected, or bounced messages and correlated them with Office 365 with both delivery and received views
  • Advanced working knowledge on implementing and supporting issues arising with Mimecast Impersonation Protect, Mimecast URL Protect, Mimecast Attachment Protect and Mimecast Secure Messaging

Cofense PhishMe & Triage –

  • Enterprise handling of anti-spam and anti-malware
  • Take timely action to search and purge emails in bulk
  • Knowledge to block or allow IoCs in Mimecast and Office 365 Exchange Online email security stack

Agari Brand Protect –

  • Expert knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC standards
  • Applying, editing and configuring SPF, DKIM, DMARC for new or existing email domains
  • Capable of analyzing DMARC RUF and RUA reports
  • Capable of interpreting and explaining Agari reports to business as need arise
  • Experience in detecting brand protection alerts and acting on them in a timely manner

Exclaimer Outlook Signature Manager

  • Be able to create email signature templates in Exclaimer signature manager as per business requirement
  • Proficient in creating, editing and applying email signature templates in HTML
  • Proficient in creating and applying campaigns

Quadrotech IT Reporting for Office 365

  • Experience in creating or extracting custom or existing business reporting requirements for Office 365 using Quadrotech IT reporting tool

OpenText RightFax

  • Expert knowledge to integrate and troubleshoot issues with outbound/inbound faxes in OpenText Rightfax in correlation with Cisco CUCM and Office 365
  • Expert knowledge to implement and support an enterprise fax solution

Certifications:

  • MCSA: Office 365
  • MCSA: Windows Server 2016
  • Administering Microsoft Exchange server 2016
