Job description:The SDET is responsible to design developand maintain new and existing automation frameworks continuedevaluation of test cases for inclusion in test regression testscoverage and automation of newly implemented functionality anddevelopment of tools and have an attitude to break any software.The SDET will work closely with Software Developer and testingteams ensuring highest quality of the product is met in a timelyand costeffective manner.JobResponsibilities:Specific duties andresponsibilities include creating maintaining and executingautomation test plans and executing automation test plans writingtest code against software platforms estimating test effortsanalyzing and communicating test results defect tracking andparticipating in day to day QA activities. Break any softwareattitude Enhance and extend tests intoregression tests smoke tests performance tests and stresstests Identify quality tasks duringdevelopment cycle and think about testing and automationstrategies Estimate testefforts Assist in the planning creation andcontrol of the test environments and testdata Innovate in besttest Participate in the review of QAprocedures and processes and provide recommendations forimprovement. Mentor the team and individualson best automation practices design andimplementation.RequiredQualifications: BS in computer science orrelated field 5 years experience in aquality engineering role 5 years experiencein C C or JAVA Experience with CI/CDpipeline Handson experience with writingautomation test code and leading industry standardtools Understanding of webtechnologies.
