Junior/Intern– Graphic & DesignerSalary : 20-35KINR/MO (FIXED AND IN HAND)Location: Ahmedabad | OnsiteWorking Hours: 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, 5 Days a Week (Fixed 8 Hours)About the RoleWe are looking for a Professional Graphic Designer with an exceptional eye for design and a deep understanding of visual communication. This role involves evaluating the work quality of freelancers across multiple creative domains, ensuring the highest global standards of design excellence.You will collaborate with freelancers and buyers from around the world, reviewing diverse projects, and helping identify top creative professionals who represent true design quality.Key Responsibilities Evaluate and score freelancer submissions in categories such as:Logo DesignStationery DesignUI/UX DesignBrand Style GuidesBanner and Poster DesignPhotoshop Editing and Image ManipulationAssess design work for creativity, originality, technical execution, and adherence to brand or brief.Provide clear, constructive written feedback in fluent English to justify evaluations.Collaborate with global teams to maintain consistent evaluation standards.Contribute to improving assessment processes and creative benchmarks.Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and techniques.Requirements Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or related creative fields.Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design systems.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Figma, etc.).Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent analytical and evaluative abilities with a high sense of fairness and consistency.Passion for creative quality and a sharp visual sense.What You Will Gain Opportunity to work with talented freelancers and global buyers from different creative industries.A role that lets you shape design quality standards for an international creative ecosystem.A collaborative, growth-focused work environment.#GraphicDesign #DesignJobs #CreativeJobs #DesignEvaluator #LogoDesign #BrandDesign #VisualDesign #UIDesign #UXDesign #DesignReview #CreativeEvaluator
