The Role4 to 7 Years of Exp,QA Engineer supporting the continued design, development, and quality delivery of firmware releases for the Carrier Refrigeration domain products.Good knowledge of end-to-end embedded product testing or embedded product Life cycle.Good at manual and automated test execution. Good understanding of SDLC, bug life cycle.Should able to co-ordinate with the stakeholder team and drive the status calls.Demonstrated ability on the testing process and embrace the latest testing trends in the market.Experience in understanding requirements traceability matrix & and also validate system interface at consumer levelBasic Programming skills in C, C++ & any Scripting languages.Good working experience on Python programming language, should be able to debug the existing and create new scripts.Should able to understand the schematic to debug any hardware level issues.Should have hands on with measuring devices (Oscilloscope, Multimeter etc)Experience in testing different communication protocols such as CAN, IP RS 232/485 etc.Good knowledge on any one Test Management tool.Good experiences in Performing Regression Testing to verify and uncover new errors in legacy code after changes have been madeCreate, Document and Execute the test cases that conform to the technical and functional specifications for firmware and Software applicationsDocument and present test results as per the QA policies and proceduresContributes ideas on product and process improvements. Participates in design review sessionsImplements appropriate automation technologies to meet the short and long term goals of the companyAdhere to the Automation Framework for Carrier products and enhancements
