Role Overview:


We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a versatile role focusing on digital marketing, product marketing, and general marketing strategies to drive the growth and visibility of Protein World. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with our brand vision and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and email marketing, to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.

• Product Marketing: Plan and manage product launches, including creating go-to-market strategies, promotional materials, and customer engagement plans.

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing assets, from website banners to social media posts and email campaigns.

• Campaign Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.

• Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and visuals across all channels to maintain and enhance Protein World’s brand identity.

• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer insights, and new opportunities.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, design, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.

• Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve campaign objectives.


What We’re Looking For:


• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and product marketing, preferably in the health, wellness, or lifestyle industry.

• Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).

• Expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing strategies.

• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative thinker with a passion for bold, innovative marketing ideas.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and present ideas effectively.

• A results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals.

• Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media trends is a plus.
