Job Summary:  The Product Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the product development lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market data, and helping to manage project timelines to ensure the successful launch and continuous improvement of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Product Development Support:
Assist in the creation and management of product roadmaps and timelines.
Coordinate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
2.Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Analyze customer feedback and product performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
3.Project Coordination:
Help organize and manage project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of product features.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to resolve issues and drive project success.
4.Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation of product requirements, specifications, and development processes.
Prepare and present regular reports on project status, product performance, and market insights.
Qualifications:
Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:  1-2 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or a related role is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
