As a UX Designer, you will:
  • Research how end users really work and convert that into new concepts.
  • Make drawings and validate those with developers and end users.
  • Hand over concepts to developers and participate in UX testing of the software.
  • Conduct usability studies and compare old vs. new systems, validating with end users what they use and advising on improvements for new systems.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital User Experience (UX), with a focus on complex desktop software (mobile apps less relevant).
  • Previous experience in a multinational environment.
  • Experience with Material Design, SAP Fiori, and Figma.
  • Experience as a UX Researcher, with a focus on process and research.
  • Experience with UI design, not limited to UI Design/Visual design only.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Take control and pull a project forward autonomously.
  • Introduce completely new concepts confidently and convince stakeholders of their value.
  • Say no to stakeholders when needed
