The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions that align with business requirements and enhance our banking operations.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions.- Customize and configure nCino components to support lending, onboarding, and other banking processes.- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL queries, and security models.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.- Ensure system security and data integrity through robust configuration and coding practices.- Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of developed features.- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.Required Skills & Experience:- Strong experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, Security Model).- Hands-on experience with nCino configuration and customization.- Proven exposure to banking or financial services domain (preferably commercial or retail banking).- Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs).- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Salesforce and/or nCino certifications are a plus.Good to Have:- Experience working in Agile environments.- Knowledge of DevOps tools for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, etc.).- Experience with third-party integrations in banking ecosystems.
