Urgent Openings for Deputy Manager Transition in Ghansoli Navi Mumbai

Job Duties/Responsibilities:The identified resource would be part of the Transition team, which is primarily responsible migration of business processes, for New and Existing Clients, to a Hexaware delivery location.Responsible for end-to-end management of transition projects from the inception phase till the project reaches stability post Go Live.He / She will also be responsible for identifying key risks in the project and collaboratively design mitigation plans for the same.Will be required to understand the current client business processes, create workflows and process maps for identifying the scope and designing to To-Be Solution.Will be responsible in identifying process improvements and developing performance ramp up goals, thereby achieving customer delight and a seamless process migration as a whole.Track delivery of Project Deliverables as per timelines agreed in the Transition Project plan.Manage day to day Transition project communication with all stake holders (internal and external) and produce relevant reports accurately and in a timely manner at the agreed frequency.Adhere to relevant escalation processes to escalate resource issues, delayed project phases, missed deadlines and other planning issues.Communication of the project progress to all stakeholders has to be done at regular / pre-defined intervals.Manage the transition of projects from the inception phase till the project reaches stability post Go Live. The manager is responsible for identifying key risks in the project and collaboratively design the mitigation plans for the same.

QualificationsGraduate (any Stream)

Mandatory Skill SetsProficient in the use of MS Office Suite of tools including Excel, Word & PPTto work in a high-pressure environment and flexible to work in different time zones.reasoning & Analytical skills with a high aptitudeBasis understanding of Technology…Infrastructure, Telecom and Networkinghave knowledge of RFI and RFP.Planning and BudgetingDomain Knowledgeto manage client relationshipsStrong understanding of BPM operations, quality and service level

Work Experience:5+ years of experience with 2+ years of relevant Transition Experience across back office / data cycle management transitions

Soft skills required.communication & presentation skillsplayer, dynamic & result oriented.perseverance & patienceenough to take decisions independentlyinterpersonal skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve project goals and maintain client relationships.
