Experience:8-10 years of experience in the Artificial Intelligence industry.Demonstrated track record of successful AI program management.Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving program delivery.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead and manage AI programs from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.Collaborate with stakeholders to define program requirements and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain program momentum.Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, optimizing efficiency and productivity within AI programs.Monitor program performance and KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders.Champion continuous improvement and innovation within AI program management practices, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.Provide leadership and mentorship to program teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.Education Qualification:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
