Job Description :


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP Data Integration Consultant to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS). You will work closely with business analysts and developers to ensure accurate and efficient data flow between various data sources and target systems, including :

  • Design and develop data integration jobs using SAP BODS
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (e.g., databases, flat files)
  • Utilize strong SQL skills to write efficient data manipulation scripts within BODS
  • Configure and manage data mappings for complex data transformations
  • Integrate SAP IDocs with BODS for seamless data loading into SAP systems
  • Configure and manage data schedules and triggers for automated data flow
  • Perform data quality checks and cleansing activities within BODS
  • Document data integration processes for future reference
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration
  • Participate in system upgrades and migrations of BODS environment
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities of SAP BODS

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience working with SAP BODS for data integration
  • Proven experience in designing and developing ETL processes
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
  • Excellent SQL skills for data manipulation and querying
  • Experience with SAP IDoc structures and integration techniques
  • Familiarity with SAP Landscape (Systems, Modules) is a plus
  • Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Preferred Skills :
  • Experience with SAP Information Steward for data quality management
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., ABAP, Python) for advanced automation
  • Experience with data lineage tools for data tracking
  • Experience working in an Agile development methodology
