What you will do

Provides leadership, guidance and directional support in planning & scheduling (shutdown & routine maintenance)Define the work method, activities, resources, materials and logical sequence to execute shutdown and routine maintenance workResponsible for QA/QC and oversight of work being delivered by 3rd party contractorEffectively communicate across various levels of work force within and outside the company

3rd party contractor, working level teams and asset leadershipMentor and develop early career engineers and 3rd party contractor teams on shutdown and maintenance processesLead the development and implementation of maintenance support work processesBring continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes thru KPI monitoring and utilizing experienceDevelop & lead capabilities in team for Lean Manufacturing & Maintenance optimizationLead in Maintenance data analysis to create solution & support assets to improve maintenance efficiency.Lead & coordinate in operational readiness of new assets

About you

Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation with CGPA

or aboveMinimum 8 years of experience in oil and gas production or operations industryMinimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or shutdown planning & scheduling.Minimum 2 years of experience in lead positionExperience in shutdowns activitiesHands on experience in maintenance and shutdown execution, planning & scheduling in oil and gas industry.Knowledge in shutdown management system, CMMS work order management, resource levelling, material management and KPIsProficient in using various industry tools

Primavera P6/MS Project for shutdown scheduling, CMMS (SAP PM/MM or Maximo) for delivering planning & scheduling work.Thorough technical knowledge of various oil & gas industry equipment and services to deliver maintenance work packages.Preferred Qualifications/ ExperienceAbility to understand and coordinate cross discipline work with teams located remotely.The role will be based in Bangalore and may require periods of business travel to production units.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Willing and able to take extended international business trips as needed to any of the company production units.Should be comfortable working in morning or evening shifts if required.
