Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
IT Business Analyst
to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories).
  • Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
  • Create process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Participate in project planning, sprint planning, and review meetings.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of
    BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and process documentation
    .
  • Understanding of
    software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency with tools such as
    JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Figma, or similar
    .

Good to Have:

  • Experience in IT service or product-based projects.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data analysis tools.
  • Exposure to client handling and requirement gathering directly.
