What we are looking for Role: Windows Admin Experience Range: 5 - 8 years Location: Bengaluru Interview Mode: Friday Virtual Drive Must Have: •Good hands on experience in Windows Server, VMWare-VCF, Patching and Vulnerability Management Good to Have: Work experience in various windows versions including latest Essential: •Key Responsibilities: Windows Server Administration Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022). Configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file services. Patch & Vulnerability Management Plan and execute OS patching cycles using tools like WSUS , SCCM , or Intune . Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation based on security advisories. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Monitor system health, performance, and capacity using tools like SCOM or equivalent. Troubleshoot server issues and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated incidents. Develop PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks and reporting. Ensure backup jobs run successfully and support disaster recovery drills. Implement hardening guidelines and security baselines. Maintain audit-ready documentation for patching and vulnerability management. Required Skills 6+ years of experience in Windows Server administration . Strong knowledge of Active Directory , Group Policy , and Windows security . Expertise in patch management tools (WSUS, SCCM) and vulnerability remediation. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Minimum Qualification: •15 years of full-time education •Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
